Hello! I’m Dr. Dave Zanet (he/him) and my approach combines my chiropractic care lens with strength and mobility training to optimize your movement and prevent injuries, whether during peak sport performance or everyday life. As a multi-sport coach and Chiropractor, combining these two approaches have had an incredible impact on my patients/clients throughout my career.
I’m an NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, A.R.T provider, FRC mobility specialist, Titleist Performance Institute Golf Instructor, and Complete Concussion Management certified (to name a few!). These additional qualifications allow me to offer specialized services from head to toe, including all types of athletes, and dial in anyone’s physical potential. Some find it surprising that I also love working with senior citizens and with those who have chronic pain injuries - my care goes far beyond just athletes.
Whether you’re looking to improve your swing, boost your strength and endurance, or simply wake up without pain and move more efficiently, my goal is to help you reach your highest potential while minimizing the risk of injury. I’m here to support your journey to better performance and overall well-being.
Outside of the clinic, you can catch me on the sidelines with the Ottawa Redblacks (team Chiropractor since 2018), competing in triathlon (Team Canada Age Group World Championships 2023), and more recently HYROX racing, pushing myself to my performance limit is something I love and I can’t wait to help you do the same!
I strive to constantly educate my patients, provide therapeutic relief, maintain optimal health, to inspire/motivate, and hold you accountable to your goals beyond getting out of pain.
My treatment approach includes: manual joint manipulation, ART, functional range conditioning (advanced mobility training), custom orthotic fitting, gait/running assessments, golf swing assessments, injury or post-surgical rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, complete concussion management.

Hey! I’m Steve Zanet (he/him) and my approach as a physiotherapist combines hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and evidence-based rehabilitation strategies to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve long-term function.
After graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Physical Therapy in 2013, I specialized further in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a particular focus on helping active individuals and athletes stay active through injury and return safely to the activities they value.
My treatment philosophy is goal-oriented and practical, focused on helping you move better, recover efficiently, and build long-term resilience. I work with you to stay as active as possible throughout the rehab process, adapting your plan so you can continue progressing toward your goals, even while managing an injury.
My treatment approach includes: orthopaedic manual therapy (Levels 1-3), soft tissue techniques, joint mobilization (including Mulligan Concept approaches), functional dry needling, and concussion rehabilitation.
