I’m an NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, A.R.T provider, FRC mobility specialist, Titleist Performance Institute Golf Instructor, and Complete Concussion Management certified (to name a few!). Whether you’re looking to improve your swing, boost your strength and endurance, or simply wake up without pain and move more efficiently, my goal is to help you reach your highest potential while minimizing the risk of injury. I’m here to support your journey to better performance and overall well-being.

Outside of the clinic, you can catch me on the sidelines with the Ottawa Redblacks (team Chiropractor since 2018), competing in triathlon (Team Canada Age Group World Championships 2023), and more recently HYROX racing, pushing myself to my performance limit is something I love and I can’t wait to help you do the same!

I strive to constantly educate my patients, provide therapeutic relief, maintain optimal health, to inspire/motivate, and hold you accountable to your goals beyond getting out of pain.
