FLOW Health & Performance - Kanata North Located inside Crossfit Closer
The main entrance is located at the very end of the building, beside Big Rig Brewery, at 103 Schneider Road. Follow the signage to Crossfit Closer and you will see a small sign for FLOW on the door of the gym - this is the place!
*Please Note: Due to new buildings in the area, our numbered address is in the process of changing. On Google Maps you will still find us if you enter 103 Schneider Road. However, the sign at the road and the sign on our building has changed to 101A. Please note this change as you are trying to find us for your first visit :)*
